Pratt Industries has won a Silver World Excellence Award from Ford – one of just 35 companies worldwide to be so honored by the giant motor company at its 15th annual salute to vendors.
Ford has 1285 suppliers around the world, and only the best of the best were recognized for achieving the highest level of excellence in key areas including quality, cost performance and delivery.
“This is a great honor for Pratt. We have been a proud partner with Ford for nine years and this award is a testament to all the efforts by Pratt employees over those years,” said Craig Beaudoin, GM at Pratt’s Detroit plant.
Tony Brown, Ford’s group vice president, global purchasing, thanked the suppliers for their contribution to delivering high-quality products to Ford customers.
“Our partnership with our suppliers played a pivotal role in the progress we made,” he said. “Our WEA winners have shown a dedication to excellence.”
