For years, Pratt Industries has supported The Home Depot Foundation as a participant in their Supplier Advisory Board. Pratt is also one of the top donors each year to assist in their efforts to help a number of non-profit organizations around the country, focused on veterans.
This year, partner donations have helped to contribute to:
- Improvements to almost 7,000 veteran facilities including the Salvation Army Bell Shelter which is home to dozens of veterans. The campus underwent a big restoration with help from volunteers.
- Support for senior veterans like WWII veteran Anthony Erosky who received a huge birthday surprise thanks to Team Depot.
- Immediate disaster response to the more than more than 40,000 homes that were impacted by recent Louisiana flooding. Homeowners like Mr. Jones, an Army Veteran who’s home was filled with 8 feet of water in the flooding were helped to recover precious family photos and other belongings.
- New opportunities to combat-wounded veterans including a new home for Todd Love, a third-generation U.S. Marine who lost his legs and left arm while serving in Afghanistan.
100% of partner donations go directly to nonprofit organizations that are carefully curated by The Home Depot Foundation leadership. Pratt Industries is proud to be a part of such an incredible organization that is giving back in so many ways.
