I imagine many of you are wondering where this year went. We all have many things on our “to do and wish” lists; we have obligations to our family, our employers, and our communities. I realize how many directions we all are being pulled in, and I’d like to express my sincere appreciation and thankfulness at this special time of year, for all you do for Pratt Industries.
We continue our success because of you and your commitment, dedication, and work ethic to this company. I understand it takes a support network to be able to work as hard as you do each day for Pratt – this I am very grateful for. Please extend my sincere appreciation to your families for they also are a huge part of the system that makes it all work for all of us.
With that said, please take some time with your families and unplug, focusing on them and relaxing during these upcoming holidays. During this very special time of the year, I hope you can re-charge the batteries and look forward, as I am, to a terrific 2014 with all of you.
