Pratt Industries’ plant in Lewisburg, Oh, has won the Business of the Year Award for Preble County for its long-time commitment to better serving the needs of the local community.
“I know I speak for all Lewisburg employees when I say we take pride in the fact that all of our efforts to be a positive contributor to our community have been acknowledged,” said plant GM Allen Conner.
The award was presented at the recent Chamber of Commerce annual dinner.
“It’s humbling to know we were selected from all the outstanding companies in the county,” Allen said.
Among other worthy causes, Pratt Lewisburg is a supporter of the local youth organization 4H, donates items to the county food bank and is heavily involved in Earth Day celebrations, last year donating and helping to plant more than 300 trees.
